Judy Crawford, CEO
Judy Crawford is a consummate leader skilled in entrepreneurial ventures, strategic marketing, and business development. As an integral part of her clients’ business teams, Judy has built a business dedicated to identifying and solving customer challenges. By offering senior strategic marketing and communications consulting services to some of the largest high tech corporations in San Jose, Judy grew Crawford Group to one of the top 25 largest women owned businesses in Silicon Valley. Formerly, Judy was a vice president and board member at NIA Creative in Silicon Valley. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in communications from Eastern Illinois University and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Niger, West Africa.

Steve Schuda, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Steve is the backbone of Crawford Group. Steve oversees and manages the company’s vital processes and operational finances. With more than two decades of experience in engineering, marketing, and communications for a variety of Silicon Valley companies, Steve understands the importance of process to business success. Steve’s previous experience includes semiconductor process engineering at Integrated Device Technology; applications engineering and product marketing management at KLA-Tencor; marketing communications at Philips Electronics; and president of Total Construction Solutions. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and holds a Marketing Certificate from the University of California.

Laurie Stein, Vice President of Client Services
With broad experience driving marketing and communications programs for high technology companies, Laurie understands what Silicon Valley companies need from a targeted marketing and communications engagement. Today, Laurie delivers best-in-class client services, working closely with customers to carefully select just the right expertise for each project. Laurie’s previous experience includes director of corporate communications at Micro Linear; director of marketing communications at Cadence Design Systems; and senior account executive roles at a number of technology-focused advertising agencies. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts in business with an emphasis in marketing from California State University at Fullerton.

Trisha Gouveia, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development
Trisha Gouveia is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Crawford Group, partnering with Silicon Valley high-tech companies. A recognized management expert with an integrated marketing communications philosophy, Trisha joined Crawford Group in 2003 as a principal consultant overseeing global integrated marketing communications programs for an array of clients. Prior to joining Crawford Group, Trisha was senior manager of marketing communications at Cisco Systems. Trisha’s other pivotal roles included marketing communications manager at Silicon Graphics, Inc. and manager of marketing communications at DAVID Systems. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising with an emphasis in marketing from San Jose State University.

Lisa Jensen, Sr. Account Director and Principal Consultant
Lisa has almost 15 years of marketing experience in the technology industry. A results-oriented professional, she has extensive Field and Sales Enablement program experience driving enterprise marketing programs for leading software and technology companies—from startup to Fortune 500—in the U.S.
Lisa helps Crawford Group clients consistently execute on strategies that support and exceed business objectives. She spearheads a consulting team that delivers a wide range of integrated demand generation programs and executive marketing communication programs for: Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing and Corporate Marketing. Programs range from Product Launch Roadshows, Online Webinars, Executive Roundtables, Call Campaigns to Briefing Programs. Lisa holds a B.A. in Communications from University of San Diego. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, dancing and entertaining.

Sarah Eaton, Sr. Account Director and Principal Consultant
Sarah has over 12 years of experience executing marketing communications, tradeshow and event marketing programs including user conferences with 5000+ attendees, speaker management, and sponsorship programs with high tech companies. Sarah is currently the senior account director and principal consultant managing a team of marketing and event consultants for one of Crawford Group’s top clients. She works closely with clients, scoping each project and identifying resources within her team to execute at the right level for each program. Sarah has provided consulting services to Adobe Systems, Cisco Systems, EffectiveUI, and Joyent Networks. Prior to joining Crawford Group, Sarah worked for Madge Networks, CopperCom, and hereUare Communications. Sarah is a member of CEMA and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from University of the Pacific.

Lisa Ferguson, Account Director and Business Development
As Account Director |Business Development, Lisa Ferguson has been a member of Crawford Group since August, 2005. Prior to her current role, Lisa was a consultant managing tradeshows and events for one of our top clients. Lisa’s ability to connect with her clients and team members is what makes her an integral part of the team. She moved into account management and business development for our company because of her desire to help people solve business problems and for her ability to connect with people on all levels. Prior to working at Crawford Group, Lisa worked for DisplayWorks, an exhibit house on the Peninsula for 10 years. Lisa brings over 20 years of tradeshow, event and business solutions to the team.

Gina Anderson, Senior Manager, Consultant Selection
As senior manager of Consultant Selection, Gina Anderson leverages 20 years of marketing communications experience and a keen intuitive sense of people and their individual gifts to deliver best-in-class expertise to Crawford Group’s diverse Silicon Valley clients. Gina’s successes are grounded in her belief that projects come and go, but people and the interconnectedness between them are what count. Gina began as a writing consultant for Crawford Group, focused on marketing program effectiveness, performance measurement, and analytics. Prior to Crawford Group, Gina was a senior program manager in corporate marketing at Adobe Systems. In this role, Gina managed strategic and complex multi-million dollar event programs targeting the extended enterprise, professional broadcast, photo, and video markets. Gina is a Phi Beta Kappa honors graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno, holding a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with dual emphasis in marketing and economics.

Marina Lemas, Account Director and Business Development
Today’s multi-national corporations must respond to customer needs with speed and relevance. At the same time, they must be flexible to respond to changing market conditions. Marina Lemas works with her clients to secure marketing resources that accelerate customer engagement and provide optimal team flexibility. Before joining the Crawford Group, Marina worked at Cisco for ten years developing executive communications programs, global advertising media strategies, and solution marketing campaigns. In 2007, Marina developed two of the “Top Ten Most Recalled” advertiser product placements on Prime Time TV per IAG Research. For a B2B brand like Cisco, this was ground breaking. Prior to Cisco, Marina managed B2C marketing campaigns at Symantec and Creative Technologies. Originally from Los Angeles, Marina worked at Ogilvy & Mather and Dentsu advertising agencies elevating the American Express, Paramount, Microsoft, Dole, Health Net and Korean Air brands. Marina holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
