Our Web pages do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 13. Crawford Group does not knowingly solicit Personal Information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for Personal Information.
To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information, Crawford Group wishes to maintain accurate Personal Information. Where we collect Personal Information from you on the Web, our goal is to provide a means of contacting Crawford Group should you need to review, update or correct that Personal Information. If for any reason those means are unavailable or inaccessible, you may send updates and corrections about your Personal Information by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make reasonable efforts to incorporate the changes in your Personal Information that we hold as soon as practicable.

Beginning on January 1, 2020, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) went into effect.
CCPA grants consumers the following rights:
- The right to ask companies to identify the categories of personal information they collected on the consumer and whether a business is collecting or selling/disclosing their personal information.
- The right to demand that personal data not be sold or shared for business purposes.
- The right to sue companies that violate the law or that experience data breaches.
- The right to access and download their personal information in a transferrable way.
- The right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information.
- The right to request deletion of their personal information.
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising the above rights.
To request any of the above rights, please contact us using one of the options listed above under the heading Contact Information.
Within forty-five (45) days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to separate legal entities for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these entities. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the email or mailing addresses specified in this paragraph.
